Man Utd to sell two expensive flops to Everton in January

- Jose Mourinho says he would allow Depay and Schneiderlin to join Everton in January
- The Manchester United plays joined the club for £25million in the summer of 2015
- Ronald Koeman keen to sign Schneiderlin and take Dutch compatriot Memphis Depay on loan
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has all but confirmed the transfer of expensive flops Memphis Depay or Morgan Schneiderlin to Everton in the January transfer window.
Depay and Schneiderlin both cost United £25million in the summer of 2015 but have been unable to convince in their spell at the club so far.
Everton manager Ronald Koeman is however keen to sign Schneiderlin, with whom he worked at Southampton, and take Dutch compatriot Depay on loan.
Mourinho said: "I am always open to listen to offers for every player.
"Any player who knocks on my door and is not happy and wants to move, when the offers are correct, I will never stop a player from leaving, even if it is to a rival. When Mata left Chelsea to come to United, no problem at all. I am always open.
"What I can say is that I am happy with the squad. I would like my (current) squad to be my squad until the end of the season."
Both players have not made a single Premier League start this season and are unlikely to be involved against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park tonight.
